Our Salon Policies
We strive to provide the best service possible. To help us manage our diary and ensure every client gets the attention they deserve, please note the following:
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee/charge. Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) may result full payment before future bookings.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients. In some cases a late arrival withour prior notice may be treated as a missed appointment.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your results, please let us know within 7 days of your original appointment.
The Rectification Process: We do not offer refunds. Instead, we invite you back into the salon for a complimentary consultation and adjustment with your original stylist to rectify the issue.
Important: If you or another salon alter, cut, or colour your hair after your appointment with us, our guarantee becomes void, and we will be unable to offer a resolution or complimentary fix.
Consultations & Colour Services: All colour services require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We always aim to achieve your desired result, but results may vary depending on hair history and condition. Please be honest about your hair history, including any previous colour or chemical treaments. Clients aged 16-18 years must have a parental/guardian consent for any hair colouring services. For safety reasons, we are unable to carry out colouring services on anyone under 16.
Children & Guests: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times for safety.
Right To Refuse: Kindly ask all clients to treat our team and other guests with respect. Kleins Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse service where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, including cases of harassment, aggression or intoxication.
